Mike started his career in finance at Blackstone, then became a General Manager at McMaster-Carr, where he saw the inefficiencies of industrial staffing up close. He later joined Uber Eats as an early team member, helping scale global operations and disrupt legacy industries. His experiences across finance, logistics, and marketplaces inspired him to launch Traba in 2021.
